We offer a 30-day 'Arrive Alive' guarantee. If your plant arrives damaged or in poor health, please send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery, and we will provide a free replacement or a full refund.

When will my order be dispatched?

To avoid plants sitting in transit over the weekend, we typically ship orders on Mondays and Tuesdays. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your greenery is on its way.

Do you provide care instructions for each plant?

Yes! Every order includes a digital care guide tailored to your specific plant species, covering light requirements, watering schedules, and humidity tips.
